Lucilla apartment

Lucilla apartment is situated on the first floor of a beautiful farmhouse, recently and completely restored.
It consists of a spacious double room with Tuscan – style exposed beams, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, large bathroom with shower cabin.
Lucilla apartment can host a maximum of 4 guests. They have in their disposal the use of the entrance garden, located at the entrance of the farmhouse and situated on the ground floor. The garden is provided with outdoor furniture and kids can enjoy this space to play outside, while adults can have an aperitif in the open air.

The living room- kitchenette area is extremely bright because there are 2 big windows, one on each side.

The space is composed by a kitchen area with induction cookers, home appliances and dining table, in addition to a relax zone, with comfy French sofa bed, smart TV and book shelves.

Giovanna and her husband were perfect hosts. The house was a dream. I would like to have this house on every of my vacations, if it would only be possible. It was impeccably clean, equipped with everything one could possibly need, very cosy and quiet, we felt like home. There is a beautiful garden in front of the house, where you can enjoy your breakfast, supermarket behind the house, bus station in 3 minutes walking (the bus number 14 takes you to the Center and all over the city); we had our bikes with us, but we were travelling with the city bus all the time, which turned out to be great! Our car was safely parked in the private parking spot in front of our apartment, we didn’t worry about it one single moment. I can fully and with all my heart, recommend the house of Giovanna and her husband, to anyone that wishes a perfect, restful holiday in Florence!
